    • By signing up for and using BillingSathi, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
  • User Responsibilities:

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
    • Data recovery services will not be available 30 days after the expiry of the AMC. BillingSathi is not liable for any data loss occurring beyond this period.
  • Security and Data Protection:

    • Security Measures: BillingSathi is committed to implementing and maintaining robust security measures to protect your data. This includes encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.
    • Data Confidentiality: Your data is treated with the utmost confidentiality. BillingSathi will not disclose, sell, or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
    • Data Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach, BillingSathi will promptly notify affected users, providing details of the incident and the steps taken to mitigate its impact.
    • Compliance: BillingSathi complies with relevant data protection laws and regulations. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws in their jurisdiction.
  • Software Correction and Services:

    • Bug Fixes: BillingSathi is committed to promptly addressing and correcting software bugs. Users are encouraged to report any issues to our support team.
    • Software Updates: Regular updates and improvements to the software will be provided. Users are recommended to keep their software up-to-date to benefit from the latest features and enhancements.
    • Service Interruptions: BillingSathi will make reasonable efforts to minimize service interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to users in advance whenever possible.
  • Addition of Requirement / Features in Software:

    • User Feedback: BillingSathi welcomes user feedback for feature enhancements. While we consider all suggestions, implementation is at the discretion of BillingSathi based on technical feasibility and strategic alignment.
    • Feature Customization: Customization requests for specific features may be accommodated through consultation with BillingSathi. Additional fees may apply for customized solutions.
  • Service Support & Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC):

    • Service Support: Service support is available as per the selected plan. Users with specific support needs should refer to their plan details for the scope of support. Response times may vary based on the severity of the issue.
    • AMC Coverage: Users with an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) will receive priority support, software updates, and access to new features as per the terms outlined in the specific AMC plan.
  • Intellectual Property:

    • The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BillingSathi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
    • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service.
  • Limitation of Liability:

    • BillingSathi is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranty.
    • In no event shall BillingSathi or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
  • Modification of Terms:

    • BillingSathi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
